How can I track my shipment?
Use our online tracking facility to view your shipment status by tracking number. Track up to 20 shipments at one time. Or you may contact us for assistance.

What is a tracking number?
Your tracking number is a 10 digit number assigned to your shipment by Postaplus. The tracking number can be found on your waybill and is used to identify and track your shipments.

How do I enter the tracking number?
On the Track by number field, enter your 10 digit tracking number and click on the Track button. To enter multiple tracking numbers, separate the numbers you enter by a comma "," ; this allows you to track up to 20 different shipments.

Can I track my shipment without a tracking number?
If your tracking number is not available, you can also track your shipment online using your reference number. Use the Track by Reference Number field. You can also contact us for further assistance.

What is a reference number?
The shipper's reference number is a unique identifier assigned to your shipment by the shipper while filling out the shipment information. This can be any combination of letters and numbers, such as a purchase order number or any other information that allows you to manage your shipments. Use the track by reference feature to view a group of shipments by their shared reference number.
Note: The more specific and unique your reference number is, the quicker it will be for your results to be displayed.
